I just wanted to make sure you all knew about this. Cornerstone Theater, based in Los Angeles, has received a grant from the LA County Arts Commission to have three interns working this summer. To qualify, you must be an undergraduate student either attending school in LA County or be a resident of LA County. The three positions are in:
Production - assisting the Production Manager is all aspects of technical and backstage work for our upcoming community residencies
Communications/Marketing/Development - working with the Communications Director and Developement Director to assist in all aspects of PR, Marketing, and development
Community Partnerships - work with the Director of Community Partnerships (me) to help create and continue deep relationships with Cornerstone's community partners and participants (help to clean up contact information in database, set up community auditions, organize community readings and meetings, etc.)
