Contacts in Philidelphia

I am recent graduate looking for a job in Philidelphia area in community based arts or youth centered orgs or social service orgs that work directly with youth. Does anyone know of any such orgs. I have looked into Village of the Arts and Humanities and the Philidelphia Mural Project already. I wrote my thesis on com based art programs, looking at issues of power and ownership within the relationship between artist/facilitator and participant. If anyone has any ideas of people to contact in the Philly area or job openings let me know.
